Marvelously Mad Messages

I enjoy museums with lots of Native American exhibits. I'd like to visit the Choctaw Nation Museum at some point on one of my trips to Durant, but unfortunately it's not in Durant. It's in Tuskahoma, which isn't close. Normally I don't have the time to go anywhere but Durant. There is a museum in Durant, the Three Valley Museum, but it's just a generic museum about Oklahoma and "white guy" local stuff. The Native American exhibit is tiny.

Next year I should try to arrange for management to send me to Durant for Thursday/Friday after Memorial Day, so I can stay for the weekend and attend the annual Magnolia Festival. It's always the weekend after Memorial Day. They have lots of Choctaw stuff going on that weekend.
