Ok so I was feeling crappy and Ivenoticed sub lingual b vitamins totally wrock, they even opened up my sinuses. I cant read the back of thebottle cause its all scratched up but its supposed to be massive amounts of

b12
riboflavin
niacin

and 2 other things that are illegible

btw they lie its not great tasting, Ive seen peole cringe. I don't really mind though.

I was thinking you were deficit in B complex.  I think you should take it when you get up, though, maybe with oatmeal for breakfast.  Have some valerian tea before bed.  You may find your dreams calm down somewhat.

I noticed the dreams come about 5-6 hours after I go to bed.

this one I remembered, I was working at a studio and they needed a contestand to do a show, then I moved from one show to another where they needed them, then finallay to sme crap wherethey needed people for a jerry springer type show, then the Chinese attacked. yeah I know. they attacked in small spec op groups just enough to get the militarily to get enopugh troops to engage them, then they would set off a portable atomic bomb to clearout the superior American numbers and pave way for the real Chinese force.
